"Nosey's Law"; prohibits use of wild or exotic animals in traveling animal acts.  Companion bill to NJ AB 1923.  Exemptions for permanent institutions that are USDA licensed and accredited by AZA, the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries, the American Sanctuary Association, or a similar organization; and outreach programs for educational or conservation purposes conducted by an AZA-accredited facility.
